Refund policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery of the last item in your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping instead.

Size Exchanges

If your item does not fit, simply send it back to us and we will send you a free replacement in the correct size once your return is received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee is charged. Please allow a few business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply instead.
