When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5–8 business days.
Total estimated delivery time:
6–11 business days from the date of order.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Margot & Co. delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.
There are no additional handling or hidden delivery fees.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Footwear must be tried indoors only and returned without sole damage.

Who covers return shipping costs?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with UK consumer law.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Part of my order is missing
In some cases, items may be shipped separately.
If part of your order has not arrived, please allow up to 3 additional business days before contacting us. If items are still missing after that time, our support team will assist you.
